// ai_agents

We don't sell AI.
We sell the absence of a hire.

We design, build, and operate AI agents that take repetitive, document-heavy work off your team. Built for legal, accounting, wealth management, trades, and the operators in between. Every agent ships with human-in-the-loop review as a feature — not a limitation. Priced against your next hire, not against ChatGPT.

// what you're actually buying

The pitch isn't the agent. It's the headcount you don't have to add.

Pricing anchored to FTEs

Every agent we build is priced against what a paralegal, junior associate, admin, or coordinator would cost you for a year. We'll show the math on the first call. Token-per-second doesn't register with partners — fewer hires does.

Human-in-loop as a feature

Every regulated workflow keeps your existing review step. The agent drafts; your team approves. Selling the review step as risk management is what makes this buyable for liability-sensitive firms.

Land-and-expand math

Your CAC for the second agent at an existing client is near zero. We design the first build to prove ROI in 30 days so the next 3–5 agents are the easy yes. The economics of the relationship live there.

// the build menu

Three tiers, one motion: land, prove, expand.

Most engagements start with one Tier 1 build as a paid pilot, prove ROI on a metric the partner can show the partnership, then expand into Tier 2 and Tier 3 on the same client. The agents below are the usual starting points — your real lineup gets shaped by your firm's stack and pain points.

Tier 1$2k – $5k builds

Door-openers

Fast to ship, immediate ROI, sell themselves on a 30-day pilot. The agents every operator wishes someone had already deployed.

Intake & qualification agent
Captures inbound leads from every channel, runs them through a vertical-specific qualification script, drafts a response in your voice, books the consult on the right calendar. The agent that recovers the leads you lose on weekends.
Document intake & summarization agent
Client uploads a stack — discovery production, receipts, a contract — agent OCRs, extracts structured fields, summarizes, flags anything unusual for human review. Saves paralegal / staff hours, the line item your team can actually feel.
Client communication agent
Drafts status updates, scheduling messages, document-request follow-ups in your specific voice. Always drafts to outbox — never sends autonomously. The review step is the feature.
Tier 2$8k – $15k builds

Operating leverage

Real integration work, real ROI. Plug into the systems you already pay for and surface the leaks. The agents your competitors won't bother to build.

Matter / engagement intelligence agent
Pulls from your practice-management system (Clio, Karbon, Wealthbox, ServiceTitan), watches for matters going off-track — missed deadlines, scope creep, unbilled time, clients going dark — and surfaces a weekly partner briefing. Tells you where money is leaking.
Compliance & deadline tracking agent
Statute of limitations, court deadlines, tax filing dates, RMD deadlines, regulator filings — sits on top of your existing system as a second pair of eyes. Liability-adjacent, which means it's also why firms pay for it.
Proposal & engagement letter generator
Takes notes from a discovery call (Fireflies / Otter / Zoom transcript in), pulls firm templates, drafts a customized engagement letter or SOW. Partner reviews and sends. Multi-hour task to fifteen minutes.
Tier 3$15k – $40k + retainer

Stickiest & highest LTV

The agents that, once installed, become impossible to rip out. Every month of use compounds their value. We price these against the hire you didn't have to make.

Vertical research agent
Case law and statute research with mandatory citation verification (legal). Tax-code research on unusual transactions (accounting). Held-away account analytics + planning research (wealth). Cites real sources, refuses to bullshit. Becomes indispensable.
Internal knowledge base agent
Ingests your firm's own past work — briefs, memos, returns, deliverables — and lets staff query "have we done something like this before?" The agent that gets more valuable every month and is impossible to compete against.
Onboarding automation agent
New client signs engagement → letter parsed → matter/file opened in PM → conflict check run → intake forms sent → kickoff email drafted → calendar holds placed → folder structure created. Touches every system you use, which is exactly why it's sticky.
// agents we've scoped, by vertical

A library of 200+ agent use cases, mapped to the verticals we serve.

Samples below. The full library shapes your engagement scope — we don't pick from a menu, we map your actual workflows and surface the 5–10 agents that earn their place. These are the starting points partners and owners gravitate toward.

Wealth Management & RIAs

Highest LTV vertical we serve. Your team bills the same hours whether they're prepping for a client meeting or sourcing the prep data — we move that floor.

  • Pre-meeting client brief — portfolio + life events + last meeting actions in one page
  • Post-meeting CRM update from Zoom/Otter transcript with compliance log entries
  • Quarterly review deck automation with advisor-voice commentary
  • RMD tracking + outreach with custodian-confirmation tracking
  • Tax-loss harvesting daily scan with wash-sale checks + trade proposals
  • Estate document gap analysis + beneficiary review campaigns
  • Held-away account monitor with rollover-conversation triggers
  • Compliance email surveillance triage to reduce false-positive review burden

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Every firm's pain is the same five workflows in different combinations. The agents are productizable, the savings are obvious to the partner.

  • Client document chase — knows what's needed per client per service, escalates stale requests
  • Source document intake + classification — OCR, categorize, attach to right client/year
  • Bookkeeping anomaly detection across client books — daily flags
  • IRS notice response drafting — partner reviews and signs
  • Quarterly estimate calculator + client notifier with payment tracking
  • Month-end close coordinator with reviewer + partner sign-off
  • 1099 prep orchestration — vendor classification, W-9 collection, filing
  • Cash flow forecasting for advisory clients — talking points generated

Legal / Law Firms

Conflict, deadlines, document chase, billing reconstruction — the boring work that eats associate hours and creates partnership conversations.

  • Conflict checking against full firm database with contextual surfacing
  • Discovery review + privilege flagging — first-pass, attorney-verified
  • Deposition transcript summarization with admission + contradiction extraction
  • Time entry reconstruction from calendar, email, doc edits
  • Contract redline against firm playbook with novel-term escalation
  • Legal research with citation verification — refuses to fabricate
  • Demand letter drafting from case facts + damages model
  • IOLTA three-way reconciliation with anomaly flagging

Trades, HVAC, Construction

The owner is in a truck, not at a desk. Agents have to work from a phone, in voice, in two minutes between jobs. Treat that as a design constraint.

  • Missed-call recovery — instant SMS triage + estimate booking
  • After-hours dispatch agent — emergencies paged, next-day scheduled
  • Estimate from photos + voice — tech leaves driveway with a sent quote
  • Review request automation — escalates unhappy responses before they post
  • Schedule optimization across techs, parts, location, skill
  • Job photo + documentation capture for customer reports
  • Parts reorder from usage data with supplier PO + delivery tracking
  • Customer history briefing before tech rolls — prior service, equipment, complaints

Healthcare & Specialty Practices

Document-heavy with hard regulatory boundaries. We build with HIPAA, BAAs, and human-in-loop on every clinical-adjacent decision — non-negotiable.

  • Prior authorization drafting + submission tracking
  • Patient intake summary for provider pre-visit
  • Insurance denial appeal letter generation
  • Referral coordination + follow-up
  • Lab result triage + patient notification (human-confirmed)
  • Medical billing code suggestion from clinical notes
  • Patient no-show risk scoring + outreach
  • Practice compliance + credential tracking

Plus operators in 15+ other verticals

200+ use cases mapped across insurance, banking, manufacturing, SaaS, marketing agencies, education, real estate, property management, hospitality, logistics, e-commerce, nonprofits, and more. The patterns transfer — the vocabulary doesn't.

  • Insurance — FNOL intake, subrogation flagging, COI request handling
  • Banking — KYC document extraction, covenant compliance, dispute intake
  • Manufacturing — RFQ feasibility, ECO routing, supplier non-conformance
  • SaaS — health-score monitoring, save-play drafting, security questionnaire auto-response
  • Marketing — campaign reporting, brief-to-deck drafting, ICP-aligned content
  • Property management — maintenance triage, lease-renewal pricing, vendor compliance
  • Hospitality — review response, vendor invoice processing, event inquiry qualification
  • Logistics — shipment exception detection, carrier rate shopping, customs prep

Across 200+ scoped agents in 20+ industries, ~80% share the same core shape: ingest messy human inputs → structure into a system you already use → draft a human-reviewed output → log everything. The vocabulary changes; the engineering doesn't.

// how a build actually ships

From kickoff to ROI in 30 days.

01
Map the workflow
Week 1. We shadow the work, define the success metric, name the systems we'll touch, and lock the scope. No agent ships without an agreed measurable outcome.
02
Build + integrate
Weeks 2–3. Agent design in Claude, orchestration in n8n (or your preferred backbone), integrations into your CRM / PM / document system. Built inside your environment, your data.
03
Pilot + tune
Week 4. Run live on a controlled slice — one matter type, one client cohort, one workflow. Tune confidence thresholds, prompts, escalation rules against real outcomes.
04
Operate + expand
Day 30+. Agent goes general inside the firm. We stay on retainer to monitor, tune, add capabilities, and onboard the next agent. Land-and-expand starts here.
// how this is priced

Fixed build + retainer. The model your firm already understands.

Lawyers, accountants, and advisors understand retainers. They don't want a SaaS pricing matrix with three tiers and seat counts. We speak in language partners already use: a build fee for the project, a monthly retainer to keep it running, and a clear ROI anchor on day one.

Build fee
$2k – $40k

One-time. Sized to the tier and the integration depth. We quote up front, you know the number before you sign.

Monthly retainer
$1.5k – $8k / mo

Covers monitoring, tuning, capability additions, and direct access to us for the agent's evolution. Cancel any time.

Defined Day 1

Whatever metric the partner cares about — hours saved, leads recovered, deadlines hit, callbacks handled — defined and measured before we ship.

// faq

Questions partners ask on the first call.

Can these really replace a hire?

Most agents replace 0.3–1.5 FTEs of repetitive work — they don't replace judgment. Your team keeps the work that requires judgment and reclaims the work that doesn't. We price the build against what that 0.5 FTE would cost you for one year. The math is straightforward and we'll show it on the first call.

What about hallucinations and liability?

Every agent we build for regulated work is human-in-the-loop by default — the agent drafts, your team approves. For research agents, mandatory citation verification is built in (an agent that can't cite a real source is required to say so). For document agents, the firm's existing review process stays exactly where it was. The selling point of the review step is risk management, not a limitation.

What systems can you integrate with?

Practice management (Clio, MyCase, Karbon, Wealthbox, Redtail, Orion, ServiceTitan, Jobber), email (Gmail, Outlook 365), document management (NetDocuments, iManage, SharePoint), e-sign (DocuSign), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), automation backbones (n8n, Make, Zapier, custom Node). If it has an API, we connect to it. If it doesn't, we build the middleware.

Do you build it or do we use a shared agent?

Done-for-you builds. We design, build, deploy, and operate the agent inside your environment with your data. You own the workflows and the configuration. We provide build + ongoing tuning under retainer. If you'd rather buy outputs from a shared agent without building it, we have referral partners — but our shop is bespoke.

How is this priced?

Fixed build fee + monthly retainer for monitoring, tuning, and capability additions. Tier 1 builds: $2–5k + retainer. Tier 2: $8–15k + retainer. Tier 3: $15–40k + retainer. Pricing is anchored to the FTE-equivalent value, not to per-token usage. SaaS-style tiering doesn't fit how your firm buys; retainers do.

How long until we see ROI?

Tier 1 agents ship in 1–3 weeks with measurable ROI inside 30 days. Tier 2 in 4–8 weeks with measurable ROI inside 60 days. Tier 3 in 8–12 weeks with compounding value over the first 6 months. We define the success metric with you in week one — we don't ship without it.

Your next hire is sitting in a workflow. Let's build it instead.

30-minute scoping call. We'll map one workflow live, name the agent that fits, and you'll have a clear ROI number before the call ends. No deck.
