Onsite is available and it is a real offer, not a line on a page. Some things genuinely land better in a room: a kickoff with a team that has not bought in yet, training a floor of people at once, a milestone review where the decision-makers need to argue in front of each other. Those days get scheduled and quoted separately, so you are choosing to pay for presence rather than finding it in the invoice.
