If you searched for reviews of this firm, you were doing the sensible thing, and you deserve a straight answer rather than a wall of five-star quotes from people with stock-photo headshots.
The practice is small and young. Most of the work sits under NDA inside regulated businesses — financial services, law firms, healthcare — where clients are not at liberty to publish what got built, and would not want to. That is a real constraint, but it is also the convenient excuse every firm without references reaches for, so do not weight it too heavily.
What we can do is make the rest of it checkable. When there are clients willing to be named, they will appear here with their names attached, because an anonymous testimonial is worth roughly nothing.

The legal entity
Prometheus Consulting, LLC — registered in Wisconsin, operating from 777 N Jefferson St, Ste 408 #832, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Wisconsin's Department of Financial Institutions publishes a free entity search; the registration is there.
The SDVOB claim
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. This is a status with a registry behind it, not a badge we drew. If your procurement rules give SDVOB preference, ask for the documentation and you will get it before you sign anything.
The founder's record
Ten years U.S. Army Infantry, 75th Ranger Regiment, two combat deployments. Author published by the Sports Analytics Mind Association, and of Running at the Speed of Light, which has an ISBN and is on Amazon under his name.
The work itself
Several hundred pages of quick wins, guides, and the full reader library for the book are published free with no email gate. Read a few. It is the cheapest way to find out whether the thinking is any good before you spend a call on it.

“Prometheus” is a popular name. There are consulting firms using it in the UK and Australia, an unrelated Prometheus Group in enterprise asset management, and the open-source Prometheus monitoring project, which is probably what you want if you arrived here looking for metrics and alerting.
This one is Prometheus Consulting, LLC of Milwaukee, Wisconsin — AI implementation, revenue work, and regulated-industry growth. Sometimes spelled Promethius by people typing quickly. If that is not the firm you meant, no hard feelings.
What to ask any AI consultant before you hire them.
This applies to us as much as anyone, and if a firm gets cagey on any of it, that is your answer.
Who owns what gets built? If the system runs on a proprietary runtime you have to keep renting, you have bought a subscription, not an asset. Everything we ship lands in your repository, in your infrastructure, under your accounts.
What happens when it is wrong? Any honest answer involves a human standing somewhere in the loop. A firm that promises full automation of a consequential decision is selling you the liability along with the software.
Will you tell me not to build something? The most valuable thing a consultant does is talk you out of the expensive mistake. A firm that has never declined a project is a firm that bills by the hour.
What does it cost, roughly, before a discovery call? Ours are published on the consulting page. A firm that will not name a range until you have sat through two calls is managing you.
