Capability statement.
Entity data, core competencies and differentiators for federal, state and prime contracting.
Prometheus Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) doing AI implementation, registered in SAM.gov under UEI ZUD7E3HLVLX3 and CAGE code 24T37. NAICS codes: 541690 (primary), 541611, 541613, 541511, 541512 and 541618. The SAM registration is active and renews on 1 September 2027, and the SBA certification runs through 26 October 2029. The work is AI implementation, workflow automation and custom software, delivered inside the client's own infrastructure, with a governance practice built for organisations whose output gets examined.
Entity data.
Every line above can be checked against SAM.gov and SBA's certification record. The UEI and the CAGE code are the two a contracting officer uses, and publishing them saves an email.
NAICS codes.
The consulting codes cover the assessment, governance and enablement work, and the programming and systems design codes cover the building.
Core competencies.
AI implementation and integration
Large language models wired into existing systems of record rather than bolted alongside them. Retrieval pipelines over an organisation's own documents, with citation back to the source record.
Workflow and process automation
Intake, routing, triage, reconciliation and document generation. The work targets the tasks that consume staff hours and produce something written, because those are the ones where a wrong answer is visible to the person checking it.
Custom software development
Systems built and deployed inside the client's own infrastructure and accounts, not on a proprietary platform the client cannot operate without us.
AI governance for regulated environments
Policy, tool inventory, human review provisions, recordkeeping determinations and vendor diligence, written against the framework the examiner actually applies. Published examples cover SEC-registered advisers, IRS section 7216 obligations for tax practitioners, and NCUA third-party risk for credit unions.
Training and enablement
Working sessions that leave a team able to operate what was built, with the prompts, the runbook and the failure modes written down.
Differentiators.
The work product is published, not pitched. This site carries several hundred pages of implementation material with no email gate, including AI policy language for advisory firms, the IRS section 7216 consent statements reproduced from the revenue procedure, and a credit union policy framed against NCUA third-party risk. An evaluator can read the standard of work before a conversation rather than after an award.
Systems are built where you can keep them. Deployment happens inside the client's own cloud accounts and infrastructure. There is no proprietary platform holding the work hostage, and nothing here requires a subscription to this firm in order to keep running.
Regulated environments are the default, not an exception. The governance material above was written for organisations that are examined, and it cites the rule by number because that is what withstands a review. The same discipline applies to a federal engagement.
A practitioner does the work. The person who scopes the engagement is the person who builds it. That matters most on small awards, where a layer of account management consumes the budget that should have gone into delivery.
How to work with us.
We respond to sources sought notices and RFIs, and we are available for subcontracting and teaming arrangements with primes seeking a certified SDVOSB partner on AI, automation and software scope.
For a sources sought response, a teaming discussion or a capabilities briefing, the fastest route is the contact page or the number above.
Past performance references are available on request. They are not published here, because client engagements are confidential and naming them without permission is not something a client should have to discover on a website.
